(1) The Authority shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The Authority shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its operations.
(3) The authority may acquire, use or dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) The authority can file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and can also file a complaint against the authority in the same name.
